i've been using many different drivers over the years for my laptop and desktop and have even gotten burned a few times by not trying them in a specific order or not using the right drivers for a specific system. this is a valuable resource. the only issue i have is the lack of windows 10 drivers. i use windows 10 on all my other devices and windows 8.1 on this one. i tried the dos version and it installed and worked perfectly. i'm sure you've heard this before, but i've never seen this posted anywhere online.

i have the same problem, i'm running windows 10 enterprise and i'm unable to install the latest drivers for my xps 13 9350. i've tried both 7.1.2 and 7.0.0 drivers, both with the same result. i've also tried multiple methods from the device manager, driver search tool, and directly downloading the drivers from dell's website, but i always end up with the same result. it fails to install, and when i run the setup.exe file from the downloaded archive, it says it's already running and there is nothing i can do about it. but i'm 100% sure there isn't anything else open. if someone has found a way to fix this issue, i'd really appreciate it. thanks! windows 10 enterprise, 64bit - lenovo xps 13 9350

the drivers and software you list here are the ones i've used in the past that seemed to work the best. if the installer doesn't work, look for a.zip package instead. try installing the.zip package directly from the site, and if it doesn't work, try the windows.exe file.
